"A Bit of Fry and Laurie" is now my favorite British Comedy

For the last few seasons, Fry and Laurie ended their show with a cocktail recipe. This was always a horrid mixture of strong spirits, underpants, orphans, microwave dinners, and other unthinkable undrinkables. For their last cocktail, for the last bit of their last show, they did not fail to impress. When other, lesser comedians may have tried an easy bit, playing to the lowest common denominator,Fry and Laurie gave the world a challenging rant. A scathing social criticism which implicated ALL Britons, and possibly, all modern peoples. I challenge any of you to find a sketch comedy duo or team who consistently delivers comedy of the quality they do, and who mixes in with their jollies even half the wit and daring Fry and Laurie have. Just never mind the damn Tony and Control skits; those are shit, never mind what Brendan says.
