Grammar Gone Wrong

This is the time of year my favorite product comes in. Every time I see it it makes me chuckle. I'm sure I've mentioned it before but I thought I should share it here as well.

As it's Christmas tree stand, the name was probably thought up as an implication that it will be the last tree stand that the consumer will ever have to purchase. Of course when I see it I think of Santa with two M60's gunning down waves of commies, nazis, or any other form of villianous militants in gross numbers on a snow covered hilltop stained with the blood and corpses of the fallen attackers, elves and reindeer. His valiant assault dimmed by the overwhelming numbers washing over him. It also makes me think of Scrooged.

If we ever become absurdly rich and decide to make a movie, I insist it must be called "Santa's Last Stand."

As such Chip's daydreaming should be the plot, with perhaps the addition of time travel and/or zombies.
