So, you know how Microsoft extended the warranty on the xbox 360 to three years after numerous problems across the board? Well, that's just bullshit. After my xbox was unable to read any discs put inside of it, I tried to send in a repair request online, and it informed me my warranty had expired last year. So I called up technical support to explain that the 360 elite came out in 2007 so it was impossible for three years to have elapsed. The customer service rep explained to me the three year warranty is only for the red ring of death. Everything else related to the console only has a one year warrant. So now I have to foot the bill of a hundred bucks, or have a dead piece of electronics sitting in my living room.
Fuck Microsoft.
