So, the title of this article is "Al Franken Declared Winner Of Minnesota Senate Recount." The article and the embedded news story accompanying both state a slightly different story, that Franken has pulled into the lead after the recount concluded. His lead and status as victor will almost certainly be contested by the other candidate, and the incumbent has a pending lawsuit which could add hundreds of more ballots to the counting heap.
