Amy tells Scruffy the Janitor that her boyfriend, Kip, has been sent to jail. Scruffy replies, "Jail's not so bad. You can make sangria in the turlet, but it's shank or be shanked!"
I had forgotten that line until Ash and I watched the episode last night. I kept repeating it for the rest of the evening.
