Most of the geeks at the Dragon's Tale who value good stories, and whose opinions on the subject i respect, have been praising this show all week. It's a modern day soap opera about a parallel world in which America has a monarchy and it follows the biblical story of King David. It's called Kings.
Also, on a recent episode of the Daily Show, McShane said that he had recently filmed the sequel to Sexy Beast, which was one of the best Brit caper movies EVAR! It's called 44 Inch Chest. Check it out.

I watched the first two episodes online last night and last night's episode online tonight. It really is worth checking out. I wouldn't call it a soap opera as it's not shallow, trite or cliche. The story and world are deep and rich. As long as the story maintains and/or, hopefully, ups the level of intrigue and political machinations and doesn't dumb it down and turn it into a love story or something like that it'll likely have the place of a great show. Unfortunately, we all know what happens to great shows on American network TV.
Same here. I think the show has a lot of potential. However, if the show continues in the direction of this week's episode I don't think it will be watchable for very long.
