On the metatextual analysis of television fictionality.
First, Tommy Westphall.
And now, the continuation of the fictional universes perpetuated further by Det. John Munch.
In short, Detective John Munch has appeared in ten separate shows. The list of shows include: Homicide: Life on the Street, The Wire, The X-Files, Law & Order and Arrested Development. He has been played by the same actor every time, Richard Belzer, except when he appeared on Sesame Street.

A public announcement.
The show that was amazing for two seasons then had the most unsatisfying conclusion in the history of television shall henceforth be known as The Show That Shall Not Be Named.
I would appreciate it if you would adopt this into your lexicon. Even the three letters to provide an abbreviation fill me with a nerd rage greater than Star Wars Episode I was capable of.
And I already ranted to Alan about it earlier, but Wolverine: Origins is worse than Daredevil.

Ian McShane Returns to Television and Film
Most of the geeks at the Dragon's Tale who value good stories, and whose opinions on the subject i respect, have been praising this show all week. It's a modern day soap opera about a parallel world in which America has a monarchy and it follows the biblical story of King David. It's called Kings.
Also, on a recent episode of the Daily Show, McShane said that he had recently filmed the sequel to Sexy Beast, which was one of the best Brit caper movies EVAR! It's called 44 Inch Chest. Check it out.

Television
Fox proves it has the lowest standards in television yet again.
Take a gander at the synopsis for "Bitches." A "dramedy about a quartet of female friends in New York who are werewolves."
