This picture makes me feel like, before it got all its recent exposure, Chatroulette was like a slow drive through a sketchy part of town in a car that could die at any moment. Maybe you make it through unscathed, maybe you see a dude mutely waving his junk at the camera, and maybe you'll have a conversation with a buy packing drugs. This picture almost makes me want to join the party.
