Littlefinger has been cast for Game of Thrones

For the past month or so I've been checking Winter is Coming to keep up on the casting news, mostly to see if Littlefinger has been cast yet, and as of today he has. I already told Alan about it and he says it's perfect. Aidan Gillen got the gig, and having still not seen The Wire, I know, I'm not familiar with him. Figured I'd mention it to see what everyone else thinks.

In short, Detective John Munch has appeared in ten separate shows. The list of shows include: Homicide: Life on the Street, The Wire, The X-Files, Law & Order and Arrested Development. He has been played by the same actor every time, Richard Belzer, except when he appeared on Sesame Street.
